We are seeking an Agile Project Facilitator to guide an established Agile team that is currently implementing SAFe methodologies to achieve project milestones in a dynamic setting.

Your responsibilities will include utilizing your extensive experience to offer guidance, insights, and assistance across the project team, particularly in the domains of design, agile execution, program oversight, and service rollout.

Key duties will involve managing Agile sprint processes by leading and facilitating Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning sessions, daily stand-ups, end-of-sprint reviews, and retrospective meetings.

Key Qualifications

  • **Timeline Management:** Direct the Agile team in applying Agile principles and practices effectively.
  • **Ceremony Facilitation:** Organize and support all Agile events: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
  • **Issue Resolution:** Address challenges and concerns, overseeing resolutions, corrective measures, lessons learned, and the sharing of pertinent information.
  • **Backlog Support:** Assist the Product Owner and teams in identifying techniques for backlog prioritization and conflict resolution to enhance value delivery.
  • **Impediment Removal:** Ensure that obstacles are recognized and eliminated by the development teams and the Product Owner, while coaching the Agile team on overcoming these challenges.
  • **Cultural Development:** Collaborate with other Agile Coaches and team members to promote a cultural shift—fostering an environment characterized by trust, respect, simplicity, transparency, agility, and enjoyment.
