Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead our existing Scrum team in delivering high-quality projects using Agile methodologies. As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for facilitating and supporting all Scrum events, managing timelines, and ensuring impediments are identified and removed.
Key Responsibilities
- Agile Methodology Leadership
- Lead the Scrum team in using Agile methodology and Scrum practices to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Facilitate and support all Scrum events, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
- Project Management
- Manage project timelines, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Identify and remove impediments that may impact project delivery.
- Cultural Change
- Work with other Agile Team Coaches and colleagues to foster cultural change, promoting an environment of trust, respect, simplicity, transparency, agility, and fun.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Scrum Master role, with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to facilitate and support Scrum events.
- Ability to manage project timelines and identify and remove impediments.
- Strong understanding of cultural change and the ability to promote a positive work environment.
