About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Scrum Master to join our team at Unum UK. As a key player, you will be responsible for driving velocity and ensuring efficient daily stand-ups. You will also monitor and report on essential Agile team metrics such as technical quality, burn downs, lead times, and flow efficiency.

In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to prioritise backlogs based on business value, technical debt, and risk. If you possess experience in various Agile frameworks (like Scrum, Kanban, or Scrum ban) and are passionate about evolutionary change and iterative development, then we want to hear from you.
