We are seeking an Agile Project Facilitator to guide an established Scrum team that is currently implementing SAFe Agile practices to achieve client objectives in a dynamic setting.

Your responsibilities will include utilizing your extensive experience to offer guidance, insights, and assistance across the project team, especially in the domains of design, agile execution, program oversight, and service rollout.

Key duties will involve managing Agile sprint processes by orchestrating, leading, and facilitating Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, end-of-sprint reviews, and retrospective meetings.

Key Qualifications

  • Timeline Management: Lead the Scrum team in applying Agile methodologies and Scrum principles.
  • Facilitation of Scrum Events: Organize and support all Scrum activities: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
  • Issue Resolution: Address challenges and concerns, managing solutions, corrective measures, lessons learned, and the sharing of pertinent information.
  • Support for Product Owner: Assist the Product Owner and teams in identifying techniques for backlog prioritization and conflict resolution to enhance value delivery.
  • Impediment Removal: Ensure that obstacles are recognized and eliminated by the development teams and the Product Owner, while coaching the Scrum team on overcoming these barriers.
  • Cultural Development: Collaborate with other Agile Coaches and team members to promote a cultural transformation—fostering an environment characterized by trust, respect, simplicity, transparency, agility, and enjoyment.
