Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead an existing Scrum team in delivering high-quality projects using Agile methodologies. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of facilitating Agile ceremonies, managing timelines, and removing impediments to ensure project success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Scrum team in using Agile methodology and Scrum practices to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Facilitate and support all Scrum events, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
- Identify and remove impediments to project progress, working closely with the development team and Product Owner.
- Collaborate with the Product Owner and development team to prioritize the backlog and maximize value delivery.
- Coach the Scrum team on Agile principles and practices, ensuring a culture of trust, respect, simplicity, transparency, agility, and fun.
- Work with other Agile Team Coaches and colleagues to foster a culture of continuous improvement and growth.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Team Lead, with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and remove impediments to project progress.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices, with the ability to coach and mentor the Scrum team.
