Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead our existing Scrum team in delivering high-quality projects using Agile methodologies. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of facilitating Agile ceremonies, managing timelines, and removing impediments to ensure smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Agile Team Leadership
    • Lead the Scrum team in using Agile methodology and Scrum practices to deliver projects on time and within budget.
    • Facilitate and support all Scrum events, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
  • Impediment Removal
    • Identify and remove impediments that hinder project progress.
    • Coach the Scrum team on removing impediments and improving processes.
  • Cultural Change
    • Work with other Agile Team Coaches and colleagues to foster a culture of trust, respect, simplicity, transparency, agility, and fun.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Scrum Master role, with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve project goals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remove impediments.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
