Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead our existing Scrum team in implementing SAFe Agile methodologies and meeting customer deadlines in a rapidly changing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices to manage timelines and ensure successful project delivery.
- Facilitate and support all scrum events, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint review, and sprint retrospective, to ensure effective team collaboration and progress tracking.
- Identify and resolve problems and issues, implementing corrective actions and lessons learned to improve team performance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Product Owner and teams to prioritize the backlog and resolve conflicts, maximizing value delivery.
- Ensure impediments are identified and removed by the development teams and the Product Owner, coaching the scrum team on removing obstacles and improving workflow.
- Work with other Agile Team Coaches and colleagues to foster a culture of trust, respect, simplicity, transparency, agility, and fun, driving continuous improvement and growth.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing timelines and leading scrum teams in Agile environments.
- Strong facilitation and communication skills to support scrum events and team collaboration.
- Ability to identify and resolve problems, implementing corrective actions and lessons learned.
- Experience in prioritizing backlogs and resolving conflicts to maximize value delivery.
- Coaching skills to remove impediments and improve team workflow.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SAFe principles.
