Job Description

Scrum Master - Agile Delivery Lead

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead our existing Scrum team in delivering high-quality projects using Agile methodologies. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of facilitating Agile ceremonies, managing timelines, and leading the Scrum team in using Agile practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate and support all Scrum events, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
  • Manage timelines and ensure the Scrum team is meeting deadlines.
  • Lead the Scrum team in using Agile methodology and Scrum practices.
  • Identify and remove impediments, and coach the Scrum team on removing impediments.
  • Work with other Agile Team Coaches and colleagues to foster a culture of trust, respect, simplicity, transparency, agility, and fun.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
