Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead an existing Scrum team in implementing SAFe Agile methodologies and driving customer satisfaction in a rapidly changing environment.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices to deliver high-quality results.
- Facilitate and support all scrum events, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint review, and sprint retrospective.
- Identify and remove impediments, ensuring the development team's smooth operation and maximizing value delivery.
- Collaborate with the Product Owner and teams to prioritize the backlog and resolve conflicts.
- Work with Agile Team Coaches and colleagues to foster a culture of trust, respect, simplicity, transparency, agility, and fun.
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing timelines and leading scrum teams.
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices.
- Experience with SAFe Agile methodologies.
