We provide a nurturing environment for vulnerable children who have experienced challenging circumstances. Your Role:

  • Provide exceptional care and support to our children, ensuring they feel valued, safe, and met with unconditional love.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming home environment while overseeing the children's daily routines, including healthy meals and access to healthcare appointments.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and supportive atmosphere that promotes the well-being of each child. This includes contributing to reports, assessments, and maintaining accurate daily records.
  • Engage children in activities designed to foster self-esteem, personal growth, and coping mechanisms for challenging behaviors and thoughts.
  • Champion a culture of safeguarding and actively participate in promoting creativity, teamwork, and open communication within the team.
