About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Support Worker to join our team at New Forest Care Ltd. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for our children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Support Workers, providing day-to-day support, guidance, and accountability for their performance.
  • Complete daily staffing allocations and promote the ethos and values of New Forest Care Ltd.
  • Carry out the duties of a Support Worker to an exemplary standard.
  • Develop and implement therapeutic approaches to support children with emotional and behavioural difficulties, ADHD, and autism.
Requirements
  • At least two years' experience in a residential childcare setting.
  • Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare or equivalent qualification.
  • Compassionate, resilient, and committed to being a positive role model.
  • Flexible and able to work a residential care rota, including evening, weekends, and holiday periods.
  • Hold a valid UK driving licence.
