Job Purpose

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Support Worker Children to join our team at Joneshouse Recruitment Ltd. As a Senior Support Worker Children, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing environment where children feel loved, safe, and supported.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide high-quality care and support to children in a residential setting
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each child
  • Work collaboratively with the Registered Manager and other team members to ensure the smooth operation of the residential unit
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of children
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant qualification in childcare or a related field
  • Experience working with children in a residential setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
