Your Role as a Residential Childcare Support ProfessionalAs a key member of our residential homes, you will play a vital role in the well-being and development of the children in our care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing positive role modeling and guidance to foster healthy social, emotional, and physical growth.
- Creating a safe and nurturing environment where children feel supported and empowered.
- Assisting children in developing self-esteem and coping mechanisms for challenging behaviors.
- Contributing to the daily operations of the home, including meal preparation, cleaning, and financial management.
