About Us:

Additional Resources Ltd is a well-established organization seeking a highly skilled Receptionist to join our team. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and staff, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Reception Duties: Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle mail, packages, and other administrative tasks as required.
  • Office Maintenance: Ensure the office is well-maintained, tidy, and organized.
  • Support Team Members: Provide administrative support to team members as needed.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records and reports as required.

Requirements:

  • Previous Experience: Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role is essential.
  • Administrative Skills: Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in ICT.
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide a high level of service to visitors and staff.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
