Job Responsibilities

  • Make telephone bookings for patients attending our services
  • Have good communication skills, both written and verbal, together with good IT and administration skills
  • Be flexible, organized, and enthusiastic in a fast-paced environment
  • Organize filing systems and computer files efficiently
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients and colleagues
  • Work well under pressure and multitask effectively
