About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at The Advocate Group. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving engagement in the on-trade and cultivating new business across multi-site groups.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the London area and effectively manage On Trade Groups.
  • Maintain existing business through focusing on customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help the company expand.
  • Identify long-term goals, devise BD strategies, and contribute to overall business goals.
  • Be a brand ambassador, working to promote a permanent menu fixture, house pour, and promotional events.
