Office Angels is excited to announce an opportunity for a Training Coordination Administrator to support our client, a prominent charity organization.

About the Role:
The Training Coordination Administrator will be an integral part of the Development and Partnerships Operations team, directly reporting to the Qualifications and Quality Assurance Manager.

Your role will be essential in assisting the charity's active and effective training team by providing comprehensive administrative support, managing databases, and facilitating the seamless execution of training initiatives.

Contract Details:
Duration: Fixed-term contract with potential for permanence
Salary:
Competitive salary, approximately £25,000 per annum, negotiable based on experience
Hours:
Full-time, 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with flexible working options.

About Our Client:
Our client is a leading national charity dedicated to alleviating poverty and enhancing efficiency for vulnerable communities. With a workforce of 150 across the UK, they collaborate with various organizations to create a positive impact.

Main Responsibilities:
- Assist in the effective delivery of training and assessment programs by supporting the Qualifications and Quality Assurance Manager, Training Coordinator, and other team members.
- Manage and maintain training and assessment data, support e-learning initiatives, and ensure adherence to quality assurance standards.
- Perform general clerical tasks, including photocopying, filing, data entry, and responding to inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with policies related to Quality Assurance, HR, GDPR, IT, records retention, and risk management.
- Provide administrative assistance to the training team.
- Maintain and update databases and CRM systems.
- Help organize training events and activities.
- Support e-learning and online training delivery.
- Adhere to quality assurance systems and processes.
- Assist with data handling and analysis for evaluation purposes.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a busy office environment
- Strong organizational and administrative capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
