We are currently seeking a Senior Administrative Coordinator (SAC) for our Newcastle location

This position reports to the Executive Assistant Team Manager in London, with working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (including a one-hour lunch break). We embrace a hybrid work model, expecting our team members to be present in the Newcastle office for 60% of their working hours.

Position Overview:

As a Senior Administrative Coordinator, you will deliver high-level administrative assistance to up to three Partners. Your responsibilities will encompass all facets of daily operations, including calendar management, organizing internal and external meetings, coordinating conference calls and video conferences, as well as arranging international travel and accommodations.

Senior Administrative Coordinators at Oliver Wyman also play a crucial role in aiding Partners with client engagement and marketing initiatives. You will become acquainted with their clientele and sales objectives, practice themes, and Oliver Wyman 'offerings', enabling you to confidently schedule client meetings, maintain the client contact list and business activities in the CRM system, and track sales activities and pipelines.

The Partners will rely on you to proactively identify clients who have not been engaged recently and to enhance client meetings while traveling internationally, as well as to tailor client communications and prepare proposals.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • A minimum of three years' experience in an administrative or client service role.
  • Experience in management consulting, financial services, or a comparable professional services sector is advantageous.
  • Strong commitment to service excellence – dedicated to meeting the expectations of all stakeholders through effective relationship management and delivering high-quality results.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of interacting with individuals at all levels in a multicultural setting.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (particularly Microsoft Dynamics) is highly desirable.
