About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team at Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. As an Administrative Support Coordinator, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting materials, reports, and other documents.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Requirements
  • Previous administrative experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
