Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team at Marie Curie Newcastle Hospice. As an Administrative Support Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Inpatient Unit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Inpatient referrals and prepare admission documentation
- Update patient records and provide administration support at multi-disciplinary team meetings
- Coordinate discharge and transport arrangements for patients
- Maintain stationery and order supplies online
Requirements:
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft packages
- Ability to work independently and manage changing priorities
- Experience in a Health or Social Care environment
