Catalyst is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales and Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As a Sales and Administrative Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team by providing administrative assistance and ensuring seamless customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process sales orders and maintain accurate records
- Handle customer inquiries and respond to their needs in a timely and professional manner
- Manage cash and credit transactions
- Prepare and send invoices to customers
- Liaise with drivers to ensure timely delivery of products
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
Benefits:
- Competitive hourly rate of £12 per hour
- Weekly food allowance
- Annual profit-related bonus
- Overtime paid at 1.3 times the regular rate
