Job Summary:

Catalyst is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales and Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As a Sales and Administrative Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team by providing administrative assistance and ensuring seamless customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process sales orders and maintain accurate records
  • Handle customer inquiries and respond to their needs in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage cash and credit transactions
  • Prepare and send invoices to customers
  • Liaise with drivers to ensure timely delivery of products

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Competitive hourly rate of £12 per hour
