The Role

As a 1st/2nd Line IT Support Engineer, you will serve as the initial point of contact for our clients, offering timely and professional technical assistance.


Your primary responsibilities will include:

Service Request Management:
Addressing client inquiries through various communication channels.

Troubleshooting:
Identifying and resolving hardware and software issues.

Issue Escalation:
Forwarding complex problems to higher-level support teams when necessary.

Documentation:
Keeping precise records of issues and their resolutions.

Customer Engagement:
Ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely updates.

Technical Skills Required:
- Proficiency in Windows OS/Server
- Familiarity with Active Directory & Group Policies
- Experience with Office 365 & Azure Administration
- Competence in Hardware and Software Troubleshooting
- Basic understanding of IT Systems and Networks
