We are currently in search of a dedicated Food and Beverage Operations Supervisor to be part of our Food and Beverage Team on a permanent basis. Your role will be essential in consistently delivering exceptional experiences and five-star service to our guests and fellow team members. As a Food and Beverage Operations Supervisor, your primary responsibilities will include:

Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of the food and beverage menu and ensuring all staff are well-informed.

·
Providing appropriate training to all team members.

·
Ensuring that every guest enjoys a memorable experience, promoting hospitality at every interaction, and encouraging team members to create lasting moments.

·
Participating in daily F&B operations meetings and conducting pre- and post-shift briefings to keep all team members informed about daily business.

This position requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, on a shift basis.
