Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all F&B departments including Room Service, White Room, and Meeting & Event Rooms.
  • Direct daily operations while ensuring compliance with 5-star service standards.
  • Facilitate training sessions and promote high staff morale.
  • Monitor inventory levels, budget adherence, and equipment availability.
  • Enforce health and safety protocols along with food safety regulations.
  • Manage and reduce Food and Beverage expenses.
  • Engage in monthly meetings and briefings.
Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset.
  • Capability to manage room service requests via telephone.
