We are currently in search of a dedicated Food and Beverage Operations Supervisor to become a vital part of our Food and Beverage Team on a permanent basis. This role requires a commitment to consistently deliver memorable experiences and exceptional service to our guests and colleagues. It is essential that every team member brings positive energy to foster a happy and enjoyable environment, as we aim to cultivate a community with diverse backgrounds and experiences, where we prioritize careers over mere jobs.

As a Food and Beverage Operations Supervisor, your primary responsibilities will include:

Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of the food and beverage offerings at all times and ensuring all staff are well-informed.

·
Providing appropriate training to all team members.

·
Ensuring all guests have a memorable experience and promoting hospitality at every interaction, encouraging team members to create memorable moments for all guests and sharing these experiences with the entire team.

·
Participating in daily F&B operations meetings and conducting pre- and post-shift briefings to ensure all team members are informed about the daily business.

This position requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, following a shift rota.
