Food and Beverage Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at The Peninsula London. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for overseeing the service experience in our Lobby, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Lobby service, including supervising a team of F&B Attendants and reporting to the Lobby Director.
- Develop and implement service standards to ensure a high-quality guest experience.
- Train and motivate the team to deliver exceptional service and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
- Collaborate with the Lobby Director to achieve business objectives and improve service standards.
- 1+ year of experience in a luxury hotel environment, with a focus on food and beverage service.
- Excellent knowledge of food and beverage products, including wines.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
