Food and Beverage Supervisor

Key Responsibilities- Manage all aspects of service within the Lobby, ensuring seamless execution of service standards.
- Train and develop the service team to deliver memorable guest experiences.
- Collaborate with the Lobby Director to achieve service excellence and drive business growth.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and service.
- Proven experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
- Excellent knowledge of food and beverage products, including wines.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of service quality.
