Role Overview: We are in search of a committed and skilled Food & Beverage Supervisor to enhance our client's vibrant team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in guaranteeing the effective and seamless operation of food and beverage services, ensuring that guests receive outstanding experiences. This position requires adaptability to work a rota-based schedule, including weekends and evenings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Oversight: Manage daily food and beverage operations, ensuring all areas function efficiently.
  • Team Leadership: Inspire and supervise a team of food and beverage personnel, promoting high performance and excellent customer service.
  • Guest Relations: Ensure all patrons receive prompt, professional, and courteous service consistently.
  • Quality Assurance: Uphold high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across all food and beverage areas.
  • Inventory Oversight: Track stock levels, place orders as necessary, and manage inventory to reduce waste and control expenses.
  • Training & Development: Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Financial Oversight: Assist in budget management, cost control, and maximizing revenue opportunities.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and relevant legislation, including health and safety standards.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience: Demonstrated experience in a supervisory capacity within the food and beverage or hospitality sector.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication abilities. Capacity to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work a rota-based schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Transport: Due to the rural nature of the venue, candidates must have their own transportation.
