Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Operations Supervisor to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of food and beverage staff to deliver outstanding service and achieve departmental targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase revenue.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Monitor and control inventory, supplies, and equipment to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
  • Manage staff performance, provide coaching and training, and address any performance issues in accordance with company policies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a food and beverage management role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
