Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all activities related to service within the Lobby, ensuring seamless execution of service standards.
  • Supervise and train the team to deliver memorable guest experiences, with a focus on food and beverage knowledge.
  • Collaborate with the Lobby Director to develop and implement strategies to enhance service quality and guest satisfaction.
  • Attend training and meetings, and support roster management to ensure team members can attend activities, training, and meetings.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a luxury hotel food and beverage department, with a focus on wines.
  • Excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations, including service standards and procedures.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
