About Us: Crowne Plaza London Kings Cross, a deluxe 4-star hotel located in a prime area, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor. As a member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our guests enjoy exceptional dining experiences.

The Role: As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations in our restaurants, bars, and banquet areas, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising and coordinating the activities of the food and beverage team
  • Ensuring all team members adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Maintaining high standards of hygiene, health, and safety
  • Assisting in training and development of staff
  • Managing inventory and ensuring the smooth operation of service areas
  • Handling guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally
  • Supporting the Food and Beverage Manager in daily operations and special events
  • Oversee daily operations in restaurants, bars, and banquet areas
  • Ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction
  • Maintain hygiene, health, and safety standards
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues
  • Support the Food and Beverage Manager

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional guest service
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
