**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor to join our team at Urban Pubs & Bars. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of bar staff to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure the smooth operation of our premium food and beverage establishments.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead a team of bar staff to provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance team knowledge and skills.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food and drink presentation, quality, and safety.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service delivery and excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Manage conflicts and customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Contribute to the development of new menu items and promotions to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Assist in the recruitment and training of new staff members.

**Requirements:**

  • Previous experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader in a premium food and beverage establishment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of food and drink safety and hygiene practices.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
