Position: Administrative Affairs Specialist

We are seeking an Administrative Affairs Specialist to support various functions within our organization.


Your primary responsibility will be to assist all departments in administrative matters and provide support to the Facilities division.

Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the procurement of office supplies and equipment
- Overseeing the company vehicle fleet
- Handling invoicing and maintenance contracts
- Leading the organization of corporate events, including annual celebrations.

You will collaborate closely with the Business Support Team to enhance employee satisfaction and promote company initiatives.

Compensation:

Salary:
£28,000 - £29,950 plus an additional £1,610 for lunch allowance.
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Thursday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM and Friday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Responsibilities of the Administrative Affairs Specialist:
- Oversee daily administrative and organizational tasks.
- Manage the company vehicle fleet in accordance with internal policies.
- Ensure timely renewal of annual insurance policies.
- Administer employee benefits packages, including travel insurance.
- Process invoices and assist in budget management.
- Manage supply procurement and maintenance of office supplies.
- Foster relationships with service providers and potential vendors.
- Coordinate meetings, business travel, catering, and special events.
