About the Role

Pertemps Bond is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Management: Manage day-to-day office operations, including greeting visitors, directing calls, and maintaining a professional reception area.
  • Office Administration: Open and distribute mail, maintain office supplies inventory, and ensure the office is clean and tidy.
  • Financial Management: Assist with invoicing, monitoring accounts, and maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional support to visitors, internal and external clients, and act as the primary point of contact for our office.
Requirements
  • Administrative Experience: Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Office Assistant, or relevant role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, Word, and Outlook) and knowledge of Sage would be an advantage.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and work independently.
What We Offer
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 5.00pm
  • Salary: £22,000 - £23,000 DOE
