As a General Affairs Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our business, ensuring the smooth running of administrative tasks and providing exceptional support to our Facilities department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Facilities department, including ordering stationery and supplies, managing company fleet, and maintaining facilities contracts and maintenance.
- Event Organization: Take the lead on organizing events such as the Christmas Party, corporate events, and charity events.
- Communication and Coordination: Develop and maintain relationships with service providers, business contacts, and potential vendors.
- Travel Arrangements: Arrange meetings, business trips, hotel bookings, and flight arrangements.
- Supply Management: Manage office stationery, equipment, and supplies.
Requirements:
- Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
