Freight Forwarding Expert Wanted

Right Now Group is partnering with a leading global freight forwarder based in the West Midlands to find an experienced Freight Forwarding Expert.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in road freight operations, customs clearance, and freight forwarding. They will be responsible for servicing existing client accounts, generating proposals, and negotiating rates with clients and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customs clearance and freight forwarding for UK and European import and export movements
  • Proposal generation and presentation to clients at all levels
  • Estimate preparation and negotiation with clients and suppliers
  • Client relationship management and coordination
  • Administrative tasks and product development

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in road freight operations
  • Excellent knowledge of customs and road freight distribution
  • Strong network of road freight providers
  • Good understanding of customs and trade regulations

What We Offer:
