Gleeson Recruitment Group is seeking a skilled Freight Operations Coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of experience in a forwarding agent environment and strong organizational skills. Key responsibilities include supporting the Land Freight Supervisor, managing client and subcontractor relationships, and ensuring accurate and timely invoicing. The successful candidate will also have experience with IT tools such as Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems. **Job Responsibilities:**

* Support the Land Freight Supervisor in carrying out their responsibilities
* Manage client and subcontractor relationships
* Ensure accurate and timely invoicing
* Complete all Import/Export processes correctly and on schedule
* Oversee the timely completion of all operational activities
* Maintain ongoing communication with sales teams
* Collaborate with credit control to follow up on overdue customer payments

**Requirements:**

* At least 6 months of experience in a forwarding agent environment
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks or projects simultaneously
* Ability to prioritize tasks independently while also working effectively as part of a team
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in IT tools such as Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
* Demonstrated experience in administrative functions
