Inizio Engage is seeking a dedicated Sales Administrator to join their client’s team in Tamworth. This full-time position offers an opportunity for immediate engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing essential sales administrative tasks to facilitate the sales process and support a team of technical engineers;
- Overseeing the management of sales opportunities through a CRM platform;
- Administering proposals and initiating proactive sales efforts to secure orders;
- Collaborating with service and sales departments to ensure timely completion of administrative duties, alongside coordination with Finance and Operations teams;
- Maintaining and managing the customer database;
- Addressing customer inquiries via telephone in a professional and courteous manner.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within an Engineering or Manufacturing setting;
- Familiarity with CRM systems;
- Knowledge of Business Central or equivalent software;
- Proficiency in Office 365;
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service;
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail in data entry are essential for this role.
