Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to our financial advisors, including coordinating client meetings, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Maintain effective relationships with clients, colleagues, and third-party firms, ensuring excellent communication and customer service.
  • Process client requests, including fund switches and withdrawal requests, in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Coordinate and produce client valuations as part of the advice delivery process.
  • Maintain client records in accordance with internal compliance requirements.
  • Prioritize workload to ensure all activities are timely, compliant, and conducted in a manner that will meet the agreed performance standards and deliver outstanding service to clients.
  • Maintain an awareness of, and act in accordance with, all compliance and legislative obligations.
  • Communicate and liaise with other company departments.

Requirements:

  • Have either worked within an IFA administration or financial adviser support role.
  • A proven strong ethic of client service.
  • Organisation and prioritisation skills, being able to work independently and within a team.
  • An understanding and good working knowledge around pensions and investments.
  • Professional telephone manner along with excellent written communication skills, to have an eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in working with back-office systems and Microsoft Office.
