Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented General Affairs Coordinator to join our team at Proftech Talent Ltd. As a key member of our business operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting the smooth day-to-day functioning of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Facilities department, including ordering stationery and sundries, managing company fleets, and processing invoices.
  • Event Organization: Take the lead on organizing events, such as the Christmas Party, and work closely with the Business Support Team to deliver company benefits and drive employee engagement.
  • Communication and Coordination: Develop and maintain effective communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders, including team members, vendors, and clients.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the Business Support Team to achieve business objectives and support the growth and development of the organization.

Requirements

  • Strong Organizational Skills: Possess strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication and coordination skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Team Player: Possess a positive and co-operative attitude, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team and build strong relationships with colleagues.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Technical Skills: Demonstrate proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft 365 applications.

Benefits

  • Competitive Salary: £28,000 - £29,950 per annum, plus a £1,610 lunch allowance.
  • Flexible Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Thursday 9.00am - 5.30pm and Friday 9.00am - 3.00pm.
