About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Financial Administrator to join our team at Finlink Ltd. As a key member of our administration team, you will be working closely with office managers and financial planners to provide efficient, high-quality, and compliant service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process new business and ensure all documentation is compliant
  • Communicate with clients and providers to resolve queries and issues
  • Assist with research and basic reports to support business growth
  • Update relevant back-office information to ensure accurate records
Benefits
  • Salary - Up to £28k depending on experience
  • Hybrid working after probation
  • Flexitime with core hours of 10am - 12pm and 2pm - 4pm
  • Death in service at 4x annual salary
  • Health and Wellbeing plan
  • Paid overtime at time and a half
  • Pension contribution of 5%
  • 20 days annual leave + bank holidays, rising by 1 day with each year of service up to a maximum of 30 days
