About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator to join our team at North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Facilities Management team, you will provide administrative support to our team and work closely with other administrative colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and implement office procedures, requiring a high degree of organizational skills and excellent working knowledge of administration systems.
  • Be the first point of contact and a focal point for services, requiring clear communication and liaison skills.
  • Prioritize various administrative duties, including managing department mailboxes, organizing meetings, and formal minute taking.
  • Update staff ESR system, document formatting, compliance data collation, financial ordering/invoices processing, and data input on various digital systems.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a busy administrative setting, using Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, and Excel is essential.
  • Additional experience working within Catering or Facilities Management within an NHS setting would be advantageous.
  • Candidates must be able to demonstrate and give examples of their experience within their supporting information relating to the essential criteria outlined on the job description.
