Job Description

Morgan Sindall Infrastructure is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our facilities team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the facilities team, including maintaining administrative systems, coordinating meetings, and preparing correspondence.
  • Facilities Management: Assist the Facilities Manager with general administrative tasks, including raising jobs for repairs, building walk-arounds, and locker management.
  • Office Operations: Ensure all common areas of the building are kept clean and tidy, and provide support to the facilities team as needed.
  • Communication: Interact with colleagues, customers, and visitors, maintaining a polite and helpful approach with all.
  • Problem-Solving: Handle a wide variety of situations and problems, using good judgment and analytical skills to resolve issues.
Requirements
  • Education: Educated to GCSE level or equivalent.
  • Skills: Ability to interpret procedures and policies, communicate effectively, and work well as part of a team.
  • Technical Knowledge: Computer literate and able to operate standard office equipment.
