Pathway Coordinator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Pathway Coordinator to join our team at Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear (CNTW) NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our administrative team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our services.
Main Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Manage and maintain accurate records, including patient information systems and administrative databases.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events with precision and attention to detail.
- Develop and implement effective administrative processes to improve service delivery and efficiency.
- Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Provide administrative support to the clinical team, including data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with NHS policies, procedures, and legislation, including GDPR and data protection.
- General level of education to O-Level/GCSE or equivalent.
- NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or equivalent.
- OCR/RSA Level 3 qualification or equivalent in Word/Text Processing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Minute-taking skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work under pressure, motivate staff, plan workload, and meet deadlines.
- Flexible attitude to cope with fluctuating workloads and occasional requirement to cover other areas in cases of staff absence.
