Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Oversight: Supervise the daily operations of the practice, ensuring adherence to all applicable regulations and policies.
- Financial Oversight: Administer budgets, financial forecasting, and reporting. Monitor and manage practice expenditures effectively.
- Human Resources Leadership: Inspire, guide, and oversee the practice team, including recruitment, performance evaluations, and professional development.
- Strategic Development: Collaborate with partners to formulate and execute strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing service delivery and operational performance.
- Patient Care Management: Uphold high standards of patient care and satisfaction, addressing patient concerns and feedback with professionalism.
- IT and Facility Management: Ensure the effective management of practice IT systems and facilities, maintaining their functionality and relevance.
Qualifications and Experience:

Core Responsibilities:
The Operations Manager will be responsible for:
- Overseeing daily practice operations, ensuring staff fulfill their primary responsibilities.
- Functional management of all clinical and administrative personnel.
- Direct management of key staff members, including the Dispensary Manager and Assistant Manager.
- Recruiting and retaining staff while developing and implementing effective succession planning.
- Establishing and regularly updating job descriptions and person specifications.
- Implementing a robust staff appraisal process.
- Managing financial aspects of the practice, including budgets and contracts for services.
- Maintaining effective communication with external stakeholders.
Additional Responsibilities:
