Job Title: Pre Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Pre Operations Manager to join our team at Westinghouse Electric Company LLC. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects.

About the Role:

The Pre Operations Manager will be responsible for leading the Pre Operations team in the development and implementation of operational readiness plans for our projects. This will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, develop and implement operational procedures, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Pre Operations team in the development and implementation of operational readiness plans
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks
  • Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Monitor project timelines and identify potential delays
  • Deliver the Pre Operations work scope to an agreed strategy and plan in a timely and cost-effective manner
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in managing multi-discipline teams in a highly regulated environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work across multiple projects at the same time
  • Experience in plant operations, plant maintenance, or commissioning
  • Knowledge of IT packages Word, Visio, Excel, and Adobe
