We have an exciting opportunity for a Pre-Operations Manager in the United Kingdom. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Westinghouse Pre-Operations (Pre-Ops) capability.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Support business development through input to tenders by defining the Operability and Maintainability (O&M) scope, schedule, cost and arrangements required.

Produce and manage a Pre-Ops Case Study library.

Recruit to support projects and future work demands.

Mentor Pre-Ops Team Members.

Your Day-to-Day:

Input of O&M requirements into Project Processes (Design, HAZOP, Risk, Contract, Schedule, and Estimate).

Definition and implementation of the O&M arrangements required at project completion / active start (O&M Organisation, Training, Management System, Manufacturing / EIM&T Schedules, and Materials / Spares logistics).

Confirm achievement of required O&M criteria for taking plant into active commissioning.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Ability to lead a growing team and demonstrate individual drive.

Ability to work across multiple projects at the same time.

Ability to foster an empowered team environment.

Managing multi-discipline teams in a highly regulated environment.

Managing Client and Stakeholders in a complex project and/or operating environment.

Plant operations, plant maintenance / engineering or commissioning.

Interpreting technical and Safety Case information.

Use of IT packages Word, Visio, Excel, Adobe.
