Job Description:
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Administrator to join our team at Finlink Ltd. As a Financial Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our financial planning team, ensuring the smooth operation of our financial services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process new business and ensure all documentation is compliant
- Communicate with clients and providers to resolve queries and issues
- Assist with research and basic reports to support financial planning activities
- Update relevant back-office information to ensure accurate records
- Provide administrative support to the financial planning team as needed
Requirements:
- At least one year's experience as a Financial Administrator
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other financial software
What We Offer:
- Salary up to £28,000 per annum
- Hybrid working arrangement after probation
- Flexitime with core hours of 10am-12pm and 2pm-4pm
- Death in service benefit at 4x annual salary
- Health and wellbeing plan
- Paid overtime at time and a half
- Pension contribution of 5%
- 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays, rising by 1 day per year up to a maximum of 30 days
