Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Administrator to join our team at Finlink Ltd. As a Financial Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our financial planning team, ensuring the smooth operation of our financial services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process new business and ensure all documentation is compliant
  • Communicate with clients and providers to resolve queries and issues
  • Assist with research and basic reports to support financial planning activities
  • Update relevant back-office information to ensure accurate records
  • Provide administrative support to the financial planning team as needed

Requirements:

  • At least one year's experience as a Financial Administrator
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other financial software

What We Offer:

  • Salary up to £28,000 per annum
  • Hybrid working arrangement after probation
  • Flexitime with core hours of 10am-12pm and 2pm-4pm
  • Death in service benefit at 4x annual salary
  • Health and wellbeing plan
  • Paid overtime at time and a half
  • Pension contribution of 5%
  • 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays, rising by 1 day per year up to a maximum of 30 days
