Key Responsibilities:
• Complete the cashing up and banking on a daily basis and communicate any issues to the relevant Manager
• Perform a weekly credit control review and where necessary, communicate any issues with the Accountant and relevant Manager
• Process supplier invoices, sending to management for authorisation
• Monitor Sales Ledger and Purchase Ledger accounts for posting errors, unallocated posting and any other issues
• Ensure stationery is fully stocked with essential items and process order to replenish when necessary, ensure proper authorisation is given for unessential items
• Work with the team to ensure all aspects of the accounts functions are covered
Securing the Long-Term Efficacy of the Site:
• Ensure the efficient administration of clerical and related tasks
