About the Role

Our client, a facilities management business in Carlisle, is seeking a temporary Payroll Administrator to fill a critical position. This role could potentially become permanent for the right candidate.

The successful applicant will be responsible for various administrative tasks related to payroll for a large number of employees.

  1. Processing new starters and leavers on the system
  2. Entering key payroll information
  3. Handling time and attendance
  4. Managing overtime and expenses
  5. Performing general administrative duties

This position requires strong administrative skills, preferably with some experience in payroll (although not essential). The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with systems and navigating high-volume, fast-paced environments.

The role can be worked on either a part-time or full-time basis, with a minimum expectation of 25 hours per week. The position is based onsite for the days worked, and the hourly rate is up to £15.
